Are Chinni’s sauces vegan?

All of our sauces at Chinni’s are naturally vegan.
Are Chinni's sauces gluten-free?

While all of our sauces do not contain gluten and have been carefully produced without cross contamination, the kitchen we cook in also uses gluten products so it is not a truly gluten free environment.
How should I store my sauce after I receive it?

We recommend refrigerating Chinni’s sauce after opening.
Does Chinni's sauces contain any common allergens?

All Chinni’s sauce have been produced in a facility that also processes peanuts.
Can I use Chinni's sauces as a marinade?

Absolutely! Marinate your favorite protein or veggies with Chinni’s (our favorite is Garlic Achaar), then grilling or roasting for easy weekday meals.  For proteins we also recommend adding a little plain Greek yogurt and additional salt and lime juice!
What dishes does Chinni's sauces pair well with?

Everything!

Chinni's Coconut Peanut Pachadi is a delicious sauce that’s rich, smooth, and satisfyingly nutty. It's perfect as a dip for veggies and chips, a spread on sandwiches and wraps, or simply as a savory side to elevate your meals.

Chinni’s Garlic Achaar is equal parts tangy, savory, and zesty. Use it as a marinade for chicken, fish, or pork, spread it generously in sandwiches and wraps, or spoon it alongside your favorite grilled dishes for a vibrant twist.

Chinni’s Andhra Tomato Sauce, a fiery South Indian sauce packed with sun-ripened tomatoes, vibrant chilies, and aromatic spices, that delivers a perfect balance of spicy, tangy, and bold. Use it to jazz up your eggs, add depth to rice and noodle dishes, or for a hot kick to your go-to comfort foods.

Order Processing

How will I know when my order has been processed?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.  During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
Where can I find shipping rates?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, before paying for your order.  We currently ship within the United States using USPS and UPS.
How long will it take to receive my Chinni's order?

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier volume, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

Estimate delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
I've made a mistake! How can I update my order?

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.  Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes or reroute packages. 

If you notice an error in your shipping address before your order ships, contact us immediately at chinnissauceco @ gmail.com and we’ll do our best to update it.
What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you finalize your purchase.
Can I pick-up my Chinni's order locally?

If you’re in the Denver, Colorado area, Chinni’s products are available for direct purchase at Spuntino (2639 West 32nd Ave, Denver, CO 80211) during business hours.
My package seems to be damaged or lost. Help!

Damaged Package:

We take great care to pack your sauces safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us at chinnissauceco @ gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging and damaged items

Lost Package:

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to help locate it or issue a replacement when possible.
I'd like to place an order outside of the US. What's the rate?

At this time, Chinni’s South Indian Sauce Company only ships within the United States.
