Garlic Achaar Grilled Chicken Wings

These are not casual wings. Greek yogurt, lime, salt, and Chinni’s Garlic Achaar sauce do the marinating work until the flavors stops asking for permission and explodes once cooked.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • ⅔ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ cup Garlic Achaar
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Directions

  1. Combine the ingredients above in a large bowl.  Allow to marinade for at least four hours or overnight. 
  2. Remove wings from the marinade.
  3. Heat grill to medium heat and cook wings until slightly charred on the outside and juice runs clear. 
  4. Alternatively, finish the wings by baking in the oven at 425° for about 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 165°F.
