Chinni’s Bloody Mary

A bold twist on a classic, this Bloody Mary gets a fiery upgrade with Chinni’s Andhra Tomato sauce. Spicy, tangy, and deeply savory, it’s the perfect cocktail for brunch lovers who welcome real heat.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Chinni’s Andhra Tomato sauce
  • 12 ounces tomato juice 
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt 
  • ¼ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper 
  • Juice of ½ lime 
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 4 ounces of your favorite vodka (we also love gin!)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and stir well. 
  2. Pour into two glasses filled with ice and enjoy! 

We like to garnish ours with a black salt rim, crispy bacon, and celery. Pairs deliciously with a masala dosa!
